This year marks my twenty-fifth year in education, and my twenty-third full time at Strasburg Elementary. I have had the pleasure of teaching many grade levels over the years, including first, second, third and fifth. I am a graduate of Carrollton High School, received my bachelor's degree from Otterbein University and my master's degree from Walden University.
I have lived in Strasburg for the last 16 years with my husband, Jimmy and our three daughters, Maggie, Ada and Millie. Our daughters attend Strasburg schools, Maggie is a sophomore, Ada a freshman, and Millie is in the sixth grade. Completing our family are our three cats, Garcia, Willie and Annabeth, and our dog, Lennon.
When I am not teaching, I can usually be found attending my girls' sporting events. In any spare time I have, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family.
I am looking forward to a fun year in second grade!
