***PLEASE NOTE:  POSTSECONDARY POLICY:  Students must earn at least a D in postsecondary courses or their parents will be responsible for all costs associated with the course.  Also, if students drop a class after deadline dates or fail to complete a class, tuition reimbursement will be the responsibility of students/parents.  Remember, you must schedule any appointments with Kent around your classes at Strasburg and you must sign in/out in the Guidance Office each day.

FAFSA website = http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ - Be sure that this is the site you use - other sites may charge a fee to file the FAFSA for you.

PLANNING to play college sports?

NAIA colleges require registration with the NAIA clearinghouse.

Division I and II schools must register with NCAA clearinghouse.

Go to http://www.playnaia.org/.org   and/or   http://www.ncaaclearinghouse.org/  to register for the colleges in which you are interested.
For NCAA registration, be sure to note the number of approved courses and ACT score requirements. When registering for the ACT be sure that your score is sent directly to NCAA Clearinghouse and/or NAIA Clearinghouse. If you are a post-secondary student, you must arrange with Kent for your official transcript to be sent to NCAA and/or NAIA by the college. Typically, students should apply for the NCAA and NAIA Clearinghouses at end of their sophomore year. See Mrs. Briggs for more information.
